Support your clients or loved ones to access evidence-based, capacity-building Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology with Phoenix Project. Our caring team welcomes referrals from parents, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
Who Can Refer?
We welcome referrals from parents, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and educators. If you know a young person who may benefit from our Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or our upcoming group programs, you can refer them directly—no GP letter required.
How to Refer
Our mobile and in-clinic Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services are open.
Current availability: Occupational Therapy is currently at capacity and new OT referrals will be placed on our waitlist. Speech Pathology continues to accept new referrals with a 1-2 week wait!

What Happens Next?
Intake & Assessment
We’ll contact the family or support coordinator to learn more. Occupational Therapy begins with assessment and planning tailored to the referral goals. Speech Pathology begins with a one-hour initial consultation, followed by assessment recommendations where appropriate.

Collaborative Planning
With consent, we collaborate with families, educators, support coordinators, and other relevant professionals to set clear goals and develop a practical therapy plan.
Ongoing Support
Our team provides regular updates, clinical oversight, and responsive support throughout the journey.
