Justin Ingram is a Co-Founder and Operations Lead of Phoenix Project Allied Health. With a background in psychology, youth work, mental health, and community support, Justin is passionate about creating allied health services that are compassionate, accessible, and genuinely centred around the needs of children, families, and individuals.

Justin has spent years working alongside vulnerable young people and families across a range of settings, developing a strong understanding of the challenges many individuals face when trying to access meaningful support. His experience across mental health, homelessness services, youth work, and community care helped shape the vision behind Phoenix Project Allied Health.

Currently undertaking further studies in clinical psychology, Justin has a strong interest in emotional wellbeing, social connection, neuroaffirming support, and building practical services that help individuals thrive within their everyday environments. He is particularly passionate about creating safe and engaging spaces where children and young people feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Justin oversees the day to day operations of Phoenix Project Allied Health, including service development, client experience, community engagement, and organisational growth. He works closely with the clinical team to ensure families receive high quality, practical, and person centred support from their very first interaction with the service.

Outside of work, Justin has a strong passion for history, gaming, psychology, sport, and community connection. He believes meaningful relationships, authenticity, and compassion are at the centre of effective support and positive outcomes.

Phoenix Project Allied Health was founded from a shared vision to create a service that feels different. A service that prioritises genuine care, strong relationships, practical outcomes, and helping people build confidence, independence, and connection within their communities.

Who we are

At Phoenix Project Allied Health, our vision is simple yet powerful:

Empowering Young People Through Evidence-Based Therapy

To transform therapy into experiences that people want to engage in — where growth, connection, and capability flourish together.

We imagine a future where therapy is:

  • purposeful and evidence-based,
  • deeply meaningful to participants,
  • creatively delivered through activities that inspire,
  • adaptable to individual goals and contexts.

We aim to be a provider that:
✔ listens and learns from what actually works,
✔ evolves with emerging ideas and evidence,
✔ invites innovation alongside strong clinical foundations,
✔ and champions participation, enjoyment, and achievement first.

From school and home visits today to inclusive therapeutic group experiences tomorrow (including role-playing games, strategy games, group skill building and more), our vision is about possibility, fun, and real-world growth — one goal, connection, and success at a time.

We are committed to capacity building, ethical practice, and supporting families and coordinators to achieve meaningful outcomes through the NDIS.
