Support your clients or loved ones to access evidence-based, capacity-building therapy with Phoenix Project. Our caring team welcomes referrals from parents, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
Who Can Refer?
We welcome referrals from parents, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and educators. If you know a young person who may benefit from our occupational therapy or group programs, you can refer them directly—no GP letter required.

How to Refer
Our Services are OPEN, and currently have no waitlist.

What Happens Next?
Intake & Assessment
We’ll contact the family or support coordinator to learn more and arrange an initial assessment. Please see our Services page for a full rundown of the costs of services and what it may look like for you.
Collaborative Planning
We work with all stakeholders, usually via Telehealth, to set clear goals, and our Occupational Therapists will design a tailored therapy plan.
Ongoing Support
Our team provides regular updates, clinical oversight, and responsive support throughout the journey.
